How do I book?
Send us your dates and the number of guests on WhatsApp or by email, and we reply with what is free and the price. You can also book on Booking.com.
How much does it cost?
Send us your dates and the number of guests, and we reply with the price.
How do I pay?
In cash. No prepayment is taken and no credit card is needed.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling is free until 14 days before you arrive. After that, or if you do not come, the full price is due.

Your stay
What time can we arrive and leave?
You can arrive from 06:00 until midnight; please tell us your arrival time in advance. Please leave by 11:00 on your last day.

Can we bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed.

Are there house rules?
No parties or events, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.

Are children welcome?
Yes, children of any age. Children up to 17 stay free in the existing beds. There are no cots and no extra beds.

English, Italian and Albanian.
The apartments
Can we cook?
Yes. Every apartment has its own kitchen with a fridge, a hob and a sink.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, and it is free.
Is there air conditioning?
The June 2026 photographs show air conditioning in both sizes of studio. Ask us to confirm it for your studio when you send your dates.

Is there a lift?
No. The upper floors are reached by stairs.

Is there a pool?
No, there is no pool. The beach is about 460 m away along the streets.
Is breakfast included?
No, meals are not served. Every apartment has its own kitchen.

Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free and on site.
How far is the beach?
About 460 m along the streets to the edge of the beach, around 7 minutes on foot, measured on OpenStreetMap in September 2026.
Are there shops nearby?
Yes. A supermarket is about 520 m away, 7 minutes on foot, and a pharmacy about 500 m, 7 minutes on foot.
Is there a bus to Durrës?
Yes. Buses to Durrës run about every 30 minutes during the day, from a stop about 1 km away, around 14 minutes on foot.
How far is Tirana airport?
About 41 km by road, around 45 minutes by car without traffic.
Can you pick us up from the airport?
An airport transfer can be arranged at extra cost. Ask us for the price when you book.
