Asking on WhatsApp

The booking form writes a WhatsApp message on your device from what you enter: your dates, who is coming, the ages of any children, a pet, your name and your note. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp, and this website keeps no copy.

When you go from the home page to the booking form, your dates and guests travel in the part of the address after the # sign, which your browser never sends to any server.

Opening the message hands it to WhatsApp, which Meta runs under its own terms and privacy policy.

Asking by email

The email form sends your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use them only to answer you and, if you book, to arrange your stay.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and for any stay that follows.

Hosting

Cloudflare serves this website. To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, it processes your IP address and the details your browser sends with each request. The fonts, the photographs and the maps drawn on the home and location pages come from this website too, so no other service is contacted while you read it.

The one exception is the street map on the location page, which loads from OpenStreetMap only when you press the button to show it. From then on OpenStreetMap's servers receive your IP address and the details your browser sends, in order to send the map images. Nothing is loaded from them before you press it.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the pages viewed without cookies and without identifying you.

Links to other websites

Links to Booking.com, Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp open those services, which apply their own privacy policies. Nothing is loaded from them until you follow a link.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the email address above.

If you think we have not handled your details properly, you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection, which oversees Law no. 124/2024 on the protection of personal data in Albania (idp.al).

Photographs and map data

The photographs come from the villa's Booking.com listing, published in June 2026, and from its Facebook profile: the two beach photographs date from 2014.

The maps drawn on this website, and the distances on it, come from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. The walks were routed on the OpenStreetMap routing service run by FOSSGIS. The street map on the location page shows OpenStreetMap's own map images.
